the darkest tree of light

Well its called that because it looks to be the darkest and most mysterious tree in the area, however just because its dark does not mean it can not be filled with light.

Dark, tree, light, Hope?

The name is self explanatory, its what comprises of the photo (and the question mark [?] is suppose to be there

The Dark Shadow Hiding in the Light

The tree is the dark shadow, and in an almost menacing way it hangs there likes its trying to shy away from the light

I went really figurative in those titles… anyway good luck with the contest. Its all in good fun.

It’s actually mentioned in a book I’ve read – The Sweet Far Thing by Libba Bray. Its located in the realms – a place filled with magic. It’s said that The Tree of All Souls can grant you great power, but of course, with consequences that are surely well, not that good. haha.

The picture looks very mysterious and it seems to fit the bill, so there. :)

btw the reason why i had that title in mind was when i saw your pic i had some illusions of something eerie some kind of ghost or something beyond the real world hahaha drama ‘no but it’s true when you look at the reflections you’ll start imagining things! just sharing my thoughts!

hey! how’s life?? hope’s everything’s okay…just want to join the contest of yours…pede? hehe

as i stared at the picture i remembered the story of Jack and the Beanstalk…hehe…the picture is so simple, so calm and so promising.. as you can see there’s light through darkness… it’s convincing power is too great to ignore. I can compare my self to the tree…so sturdy to look at but deep inside so frail :( but despite all of it still that standing tree will give shelter to those who mostly need it.

hmmm… i’ just quite bothered and confused about what name i can give to the picture but this for sure, this is nothing about with the contest anymore now but as a frustrated photo -j, i would like to name it as ” The Tree of the Promise” no matter how dark the past or the beginning, there’s always light that intends to shine just for you only :) just keep your heart open to changes.

hi guyz. im back, regarding the title about this contest….hmm, been thinking every single day, and i came up with this idea… how about “A Light in the Darkness of a Tree”? Does it make sense? hehehe.. too poetic…hehehe Well for me, it suit the subject perfectly. this tree itself reflects the life stories it has seen or been part of it that there will be always a light after the darkest moments, somehow it also serves to enhance the mystery… =) vow! hehehe.
